Course Reserve

Placing an item on course reserve in the library ensures students have access to that item in a timely manner throughout the semester. Or, to put it another way, if you want to make sure your students can access something in an orderly fashion, use course reserve. Reserve material must be accompanied by a completed course submission form, item list(s), and course syllabus. Any student work must be accompanied by a signed and dated consent form, specifically granting permission for the material to be placed on course reserve. All required forms are available at the Access Services Desk. For more details, please see the full course reserve policy.

For your convenience, you can also download and print the necessary pdf forms from below. Just select the category that best fits the item you want to place on course reserve. Completed forms must be submitted to the Access Services Department, along with items for reserve.
