MARINER MARINER serves as the gateway to electronic information resources available through the University of Maine System Libraries, the Maine State Library, the Bangor Public Library, and the Maine State Law and Legislative Reference Library. It provides a common entry point to online resources such as URSUS, the EBSCOhost databases, Maine Newsstand database, etc.
Some of the commercially produced indexes and databases are subject to licensing restrictions. To access these resources, if you are connecting from an off-campus location, you may be required to enter your name and library ID card number. Some indexes are available to all UM System students and faculty; others only to students and faculty from those campuses whose libraries have shared in the cost of their subscriptions.
URSUS The University System's online catalog, URSUS, provides information on library holdings at all University of Maine campuses, the Maine State Library, Bangor Public Library, and the Maine State Law and Legislative Reference Library. Includes books, periodicals, films and other media.
